Email [email protected] with your question. It helps to tell us which iPhone and iOS version you use, and which version of Dreampin you have. To find the app version, open the Settings app and tap General, then iPhone Storage, then Dreampin.

Common questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the Profile tab and tap Restore purchases. On the next screen, tap Restore purchases again.

Use the same Apple Account that you bought Premium with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel in the store where you bought Premium. Deleting Dreampin does not cancel a subscription.

On iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Tap Dreampin, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription renews. Otherwise, Apple may charge you for the next period. Apple describes the steps in Cancel a subscription from Apple.

If you bought Premium through Google Play on Android, open your subscriptions in Google Play, choose Dreampin and tap Cancel subscription. Google describes the steps in Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.

After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Can I get a refund?

You pay Apple or Google for Premium, not us, so refunds go through the store. For a purchase on iPhone, ask Apple as described in Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple. For a purchase on Google Play, see Google Play refund policies.

Where are my boards stored?

Only on your device. Dreampin has no account and no cloud storage, so your boards and photos never reach us, and we cannot recover them for you.

If you delete the app, its boards are deleted with it. Your device backups, such as iCloud Backup, may still hold a copy, depending on your backup settings.

Why don't my reminders arrive?

First, check that Dreampin may send notifications. Open the Settings app, tap Notifications, tap Dreampin and turn on Allow Notifications.

Then check the reminder settings in the app. Open the Profile tab and tap Reminders. Make sure the Reminders switch is on and the times and days are right, then tap Send a test reminder.

If reminders arrive quietly in Notification Center, tap Show reminders as banners on the same screen and allow notifications when iOS asks. A Focus mode on your iPhone can also hold notifications back.

How do I change the language?

Open the Profile tab and tap Language to choose the language of the app.

Affirmations have their own setting, so you can read them in a different language from the rest of the app. Tap Affirmation language and choose a language, or choose Same as app to follow the app language.

If you switch to or from a right-to-left language, such as Arabic or Hebrew, restart the app to finish the change.

How do I delete my data?

Your boards and settings exist only on your device, so you delete them there. To delete a board, open the Boards tab, tap More options on the board or press and hold it, then tap Delete and confirm with Delete board. Copies of the photos you added can stay in the app's storage until you delete the app.

To delete everything, delete Dreampin from your iPhone. Device backups may keep a copy until they are replaced. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

RevenueCat keeps a record of your purchases for us. To have it deleted, email [email protected] and include the order ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
