Dreampin Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you use Dreampin, the vision board app made by Nexilia.ai s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Dreampin, you agree to them.

2. The app store terms

You get Dreampin from the Apple App Store. These Terms add to the terms of the store you got it from and do not replace them.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to use the app. If Dreampin becomes available on Google Play and you get it there, the Google Play Terms of Service apply instead. These Terms govern Premium and your relationship with us.

3. Using Dreampin

You may use Dreampin for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the app for anything unlawful
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows it
• copy, sell, sublicense or transfer the app to anyone else
• use the app to infringe the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights

4. Your content

The photos you add and the text you write on your boards stay yours. We claim no ownership of them, and because your boards stay on your device, we never receive them.

You are responsible for the content you add. Only add photos and other material that you have the right to use.

If your device fails or you delete the app, we cannot recover your boards. Back up your device to keep a copy.

5. The free version and Premium

Dreampin is free with one board. Premium unlocks unlimited boards and the premium boards and templates.

Premium is available as:

• a weekly or yearly subscription, which renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it
• a lifetime purchase, which you pay once and which does not renew

The app shows the current prices and billing periods before you buy, and the store confirms them when you pay.

If a free trial is offered, the app shows its length and the price that follows it. The trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel before then. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

The store where you bought Premium handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, the store also handles your right to withdraw from the purchase. To cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Dreampin support explains the steps.

If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. To get Premium back on another device, open the Profile tab and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account.

6. Our rights in the app

We own, or hold the rights to, the app, including its design, code, graphics, pre-made boards and photos, and the Dreampin name and logo. These Terms give you the right to use the app. They do not give you any right to use the Dreampin name, logo or other brand elements.

7. No promise of results

We work to keep Dreampin reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

A vision board is a personal tool. What you achieve depends on your own actions and circumstances, and we do not promise any outcome.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits
• we are not liable for the loss of content stored on your device
• our total liability for all claims about the app is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim arose, or EUR 50, whichever is higher

These limits do not apply to harm to life or health, to damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or to any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these Terms affects the rights that consumer protection law gives you and that a contract cannot take away, including your rights if the app is faulty.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Dreampin at any time by deleting it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in your store account too. Sections 6 and 8 still apply after you stop using the app.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the app or the law changes. When we do, we update the effective date at the top. If a change affects you significantly, we publish it on this page before it applies and, where we can, also tell you in the app. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using Dreampin and cancel your subscription.

11. Governing law and disputes

Czech law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

If you have a complaint, email [email protected] first. If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a dispute together, you can ask the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) to resolve it out of court. The ČOI website explains out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

12. Language

These Terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, the English version governs.
